The Volvo C70 is about to be launched onto the arket and the distributors are more than satisfied.

Initially there will be three gasoline engine versions,all with five cylinders.Two of these are the same as Volvo already uses in other models:there are two 2.4-liter versions,one delivering 140HP and the other 170HP.The third version is a 2.5-liter turbocharged version delivering 220HP;Volvo currently uses an engine with these characteristics,but with different maximum power ratings (210HP or 300HP).The smooth torque curve delivers power to the front wheels uniformly and makes the car respond very quickly.

The Volvo C70 is designed to accommodate four adults.As with all cars produced by Volvo,the seats are ergonomically designed and equipped with the WHIPS system (anti-lash).And as if that wasn ’t enough,by simply pressing a button in the backrest,the front seats move quickly forward to provide easy access to the rear seat.
