Hidden away in an extraordinarily beautiful mountain region, this spa offers Therapeutic Massage sessions lasting on average around 50 minutes and offering a combination of shiatsu, acupressure, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, Thai massage and Swedish massage. As an alternative you can try aesthetic massage incorporating techniques for slimming, firming and lymphatic drainage, in conjunction with the use of cosmetic products. They also offer mud therapy, poultices, talasotherapy, inhalations and nebulizers which work through a combination of the sense of smell and the benefits of applying products than can be absorbed through the mucous membrane with fragrances, plants and sea water and fresh water minerals. Another possibility is the Tavidá shower involving Tavidá thermal massage using local herbs soaked in neutral oils, combined with the famous shower designed in the French health resort of Vichy. Tavidá thermal cleansing uses the Vichy shower, mud, essences, ginger and salt. This treatment lasts around 90 minutes and comprises an initial exfoliation stage using mud and salt, stimulating the circulation with ginger soaked in oil, a wrap of mud and essences finishing up with the application of a tonic cream. This is one of the most complete, enjoyable and effective treatments available. The Spa also offers baths of mud, sulfur, algae, herbs and essences.
