For the third consecutive year, the Gran Salón Inmobiliario has been held in Colombia. This is a gathering that brings together national and international companies associated with the construction and real estate business, providing an opportunity for them to present their most up to date products to professional buyers and the general public, and to offer both new and pre-owned real estate for sale.
The Gran Salón Inmobiliario took place from 27th to 31st August this year in the headquarters of Corferias in Bogota, recognized as the biggest exhibition center in Latin America. The exhibition attracted more than 20,000 visitors and 30,000 buyers, looking for opportunities to invest in business parks, commercial centers and housing and tourism projects. Panama had a significant presence at the show, not just in terms of exhibiting its portfolio of new real estate projects which elicited the most favorable comments from the public. Companies such as Btesh&Virzi, Dream Properties, Tucan Country Club & Golf, GSMortgage, Habitats Realty, Tribaldos Real Estate, A&Z Developers, Panama Solutions Realty, Estela´s Real Estate, Grupo Suarez and Grupo Tu Casa were all there. Companies that were not able to make it had their projects and products on display thanks to VIVIR BIEN magazine, which had a stand at the show.
In addition an academic conference was held on 28th August, aimed at bringing together academics and students to present the most recent trends in the sector, as well as to share success stories and perspectives on growth and development.
Builders, real estate agents, insurance brokers, valuers, promoters, condominium companies, architects, engineers and finance companies also participated in this conference. They all worked together to make the third Gran Salón Inmobiliario an all round success. However, the most important factor was that the public was able to appreciate the advances made by this sector that continues to grow. |
