Royce's Dinner Hors D'Oeuvres
Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup buttermilk
3-4 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
2 T. Onion, very finely chopped
2 T. green onion tops, very finely chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Cucumber, radish and, asparagus, for decorating
Method
Place the cream cheese and the buttermilk in a medium size mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix well or until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients. This is served with small slices of cucumber, radish and asparagus. |
