Once more the most prestigious companies related to building and real estate properties had a date in Panama. The stage that served as their meeting point was Capac Expo Habitat 2008, the real estate fair which has been able to become the most important in the Central America and the Caribbean region.
Approximately, 350 exhibitors were present at the ATLAPA venue, located on Via Cincuentenario in Panama City. There were 17,000 square meters of exhibition, throughout which the visitors could appreciate the new real estate projects being developed in different regions of the country, including the capital city, as well as the most recent offers in decoration, technology, financing, equipment and building materials.
In view of such offerings, the quality and quantity of visiting public was predictable. During the five days of the exhibition, which took place between the 17th and the 21st of last September, more than 30,000 visitors came to see it, among engineers, architects, designers, decorators, students and the public in general.
This constitutes irrefutable proof of the success of the exhibition organized by the Cámara Panameña de la Construcción (Panamanian Building Chamber), and it counted with the presence of personalities of the sector like the Minister of Public Works, Benjamín Colamarco, and the Minister of Housing, Gabriel Diez.
